Neil Kramer is a young boy, who becomes Drake'sdrummer after his regular drummer quits. But his mother forbids him from playing after failing Josh's pop-quiz along with the rest of the class. However, after Drake and Megan get Josh fired from the student-teacher program, Neil gets his grade changed and gets to play with Drake's band again. His only appearance is in Megan's New Teacher and is played by Ridge Canipe.
