The recipe for this potion can be found inside Daemonheim while Dungeoneering. After finding the recipe, take it to Lady Meilyr in Prifddinas and pay to permanently unlock the ability to make supreme overload salve. A dose of supreme overload salve has many effects. It boosts Attack, Strength, Magic, Ranged and Defence by 16% of each level plus 4 levels, respectively, restores prayer points instantly and over time, and protects from dragonfire, wyvern breath, and poison. Much like a normal overload, the combat skill boosts will reapply every 15 seconds.
