The Train Handle is an item that Henry Townshend obtains in Silent Hill 4: The Room. Henry can find the train handle during his second visit to the Subway World, and it is found lying on the floor of the room where Cynthia Velasquez was murdered by Walter Sullivan. To reach the room, Henry must first obtain a key. The item is literally the handle for a train car's brakes, and in order to escape the Subway World with Eileen Galvin, Henry must use the train handle to move the King Street Line train further along its tracks.
