Spawning is limited by population limit, and in addition, the Aztecs are limited to 10 Warrior Priests. The Holy Dance is available in the Colonial Age. At full capacity (assuming 25 Villagers), the Dance spawns a healer every 7.4 seconds, or 4.4 for the Aztecs, if Fencing School has been sent.
