Tetra Gar, also known as the Smuggler's Outpost is a world located on a the fringes of the Zo Nebula. It is just small enough, and isolated enough, to not warrant patrols from any world that might want to enforce their laws across the cosmos, making it the ideal spot for pirates, thieves, and other outlaws, to use as a safe haven.
