Charlock Castle is the home of the diabolical Dragon Lord. Princess Lana and Mega Man once came to the castle in search of information about the dragons he had corrupted with his magic crystal, but Dragon Lord's minions captured them and threw them in the dungeon. The Keepers of Power, who were imprisoned in the cell next to them, gave them a vial of magic warp water that they used to escape.
