Miranda Sheridan was the wife of David Sheridan and the mother of Elizabeth and John Sheridan. In 2260, Miranda was not at home when her son called from Babylon 5 and spoke with her husband. She was instead in town, running errands. David claimed that he did not know what she did with her time, but if she was happy in what she was doing, he was happy. He also stated in the same conversation that Miranda thought David "made a better diplomat than a farmer", due to problems he was having with his corn crop.
