When Waylon appears in custom neighborhoods, his personality, interests and skills will be different from the ones he has in Pleasantview, seen below. He has the same facial structure as Johnson Pai. According to Waylon's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was black before it turned grey. Sometimes if he is made playable, his PlumbBob will be inside him, instead of above his head. This happens with several other NPCs in The Sims 2.
