Tim Lloyden was a bluepill who lives as a folk guitarist He was scheduled to perform at the "Piece of Blue Sky" concert festival, thinking he could land a record deal. Unfortunately, his concert gig was cancelled at the last minute, rumored to be over some increased gang activity around the venues. He decided to check things out at his assigned stage in Roger's Way, only to stumble on an enormous gang war and strange malfunctioning spotlights. Confused and scared, he returned to his hotel room in Richland, and discovered an odd package waiting for him, along with an address.
