The Eagle was built after the retirement of Azel Jon, as he took away the Silver Owl, Devon's former freighter. Thark Zognus, Devon's friend and a Jedi Master as well, coordinated the Eagle building entire project, that was developed in the BTPA, a technological base in Alderaan.
