Ehemann holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Mississippi State University. While there he worked as a digital artist for the university's TV Center, creating 3D graphics for local television shows. Upon graduating in 1995, he trained in animation and drawing at the Associates in Art school in Sherman Oaks, California until 1997. After departing CBS Digital, Ehemann worked as a 3D artist and animator at Beau Studio until March 2008.
