Ensign Bradley Powell was a Starfleet officer and member of the Eagle's Nest Squadron. He graduated from Starfleet Academy in 2365, alongside his friend, Toby Moore. His callsign for the Eagles was "Iceman." Both Rupert Faulkner and Darrum used memories of Brad Powell to manipulate Sinclair and Moore in the 2380s.
