Jill Valentine was a member of S.T.A.R.S' Alpha Team in 1998, however she and her long time partner/Husband Chris Redfield became apart of the B.S.A.A. She is also a member of Division Delta Codenamed:Anti-Virus because as of 2013, Michael Franklin Miller and his wife Jane Valentine (Who is Jill's altered clone Half-Sister/Daughter) announced that all of the Anti-Bioterrorism factions will remain, however Division Delta is to be in charge of all activity.
