The user of this devil fruit can restor things back to the way they should be. A example would be a person flying around without wings. The user can renforce reality and cause that person to fall. The devil fruit does not work like magic. In order to renforce reality one must know the rules of reality. A example would be if the person sees somebody flying around without wings, but does not know what gravity is they will not be able to make them fall.
