Teas of Rokugan was a quiet and unassuming teahouse in the Merchant District of the Second City, which had several private rooms that could be used for traditional tea ceremonies. It exclusively served teas imported from the mainland and the customers were exclusively samurai, most of them discontented with their current position in the Colonies. In 1198 it was run by Hitsu.
