John Evansville was a leader of a Human settlement on a planet in the Delta Quadrant in 2371. Evansville and the rest of the Human population were descendants of a group of over three hundred Humans who were abducted from Earth in the year 1937 by a race called the Briori, for the purpose of utilizing the Humans as a slave labor force.
