Akagarti's residence was the personal residence of Ephor Emoch Akagarti and his family on the planet Affadar. During the mission to Affadar, the Dreamers infiltrated Akagarti's residence in order to take Emoch to the local water purification plant where they could ruin his reputation by exposing his true nature to the people of Affadar.
