This was the first introduced. The cave will have the same layout each time it refreshes itself, but the special locations are randomly generated. You'll find some loot drops from remains of dead victims laying around. Successfully clearing it requires defeating all the random enemies and the bandit leader. You can rest outside if you want (restores SP only).
