Malark Himbruel was a wizard and a Weaver of the Purple of the Cult of the Dragon in 1357 DR, during the hunt for Shandril Shessair. Malark was the last remaining Cult's archmage who tried to capture Shandril, after she destroyed Shargrailar. Malark also wanted vengeance for the death of Symgharyl Maruel, his underling, but Shandril defeated him also. With that, the Cult decided to stop hunting her.
