Lal Masjid (Urdu: لال مسج, "Red Mosque") is a Salafist mosque in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. The mosque is known for it's radical teachings. Recently, the leaders of the mosque (Abdul Rashid Ghazi and Maulana Abdul Aziz) authorized their students to attempt to enforce a strict, Taliban-like Islamic law on Islamabad. This was to be accomplished by kidnapping and murdering dhimmis, apostates, and prostitutes.
