Julie Kathleen Payne is a voice and character actor, and was a member of the improv group The Committee. Her first filmed appearance was in Celebration at Big Sur, a concert film of the 1969 Big Sur Folk Festival, which included The Committee. She later appeared solo in other films- including The Strawberry Statement, THX 1138, Real Life, Twice Upon a Time, and American Wedding- and television shows- including Wizards and Warriors, The Duck Factory, Leo & Liz, The Tracey Ullman Show, and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
