Ethan Bexley was a Ravenclaw student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s. He came into possession of a rare Chudley Cannons card during the 1996–1997 school year. However, when Harry Potter wanted a Chudley Cannons card to give to Ron Weasley, Ethan agreed to give his to Harry in exchange for an equally uncommon Viktor Krum figurine. He also competed in the school Exploding Snap tournament during that term.
