Ragna Rock was a gothic nightclub and the operational base of Valkyr baron Jack Lupino in 2001. It was here that Max Payne killed Lupino and met Mona Sax for the first time. Some time after the 2001 Valkyr Case Ragna Rock was sold to Vladimir Lem, who renovated the building into a restaurant named Vodka.
