Ammat is an American nu metal band from Idaho, USA, formed in 2000. The band consists of Clive Regan (vocals), Luke "Devyl" Albett (turntables), Jonathan Grieg (lead guitar), Ricky Rubenstein (bass), Kristopher "Mack" O'Flaherty (drums) and Owen "Krazee" Osborne (keyboards). The band has released four albums since signing with Vindictive Records in 2005, I Heart Violence (2005), Volume 17: Crazed and Unleashed (2007), Lamb Slaughter (2008), and AMMAT Presents: MindNumb (2009).'
