Pearson created original covers for Titan's Star Trek Adventures reprint series in the 1990s. Pearson also designed the posters for the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - The Official Poster Magazine. Most recently, Pearson has contributed cover artwork for the revived Doctor Who series' annuals and storybooks.
