El Hira was an inhabited planet in the Solarian League. It had numerous small seas and countless lakes, but none of the expansive oceans found on planets like Earth, Manticore, or Mesa. Journalist Xavier Conde and his producer, Vittoria Daramy, were both natives of El Hira. (CS3)
