Obrexta III was a cruiser that had been in service to the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. Towards the end of the war, it was tasked with carrying the Clone trooper CT-6116 to Serenno. En route, it was attacked by Republic forces. A B1 battle droid with the designation B1-CC14 decided they could not win, activated the emergency beacon, and took the ship to a random point in hyperspace.
