These are decorations, almost always outdoor that are very small when you take them out of the box. They use and electricaly powered fan to inflate it, and then lights iluminate it from either the inside or the outside. They are fairly expensive, but are cheaper than buying a lighted Creature of the same size, as some of them can be more than 10 feet tall. Extermely expensive ones contain a rotating snowman, along with "snow" falling.
