The East Kai (東の界王 Higashi no Kaiô) is a short dumpy woman who is VERY strict with her students, she does not accept failure. She is the only female Kai and loves to jet bike and takes on Goku in a race. Her fighters are known for their speed. Arqua is apparently her strongest fighter, but he was no match for Goku.
