Barb Binder was a character on Xena: Warrior Princess. She was the webmaster for Whoosh! (a real Xena and Hercules fansite), who voiced her opinion to the fact of Xena marrying Ares, saying she knew that Xena would never commit to that. She was played by Carly Binding.
