The Aspha Miner race is one of many that exist within the games of UC and GC. They have a complex plotline that intermingles clsoely with the Collective race. This race also "created the Guardians" to protect themselves. No one has known whether the A. Miners started the war or the Collectives did. All sources point to the Collective however some pointed at the A Miners.
