Viceroy Kendal Santor d'Sivis is the current head of the Ninth College of House Sivis. This organization, based within the House Sivis enclave in Korranberg, is dedicated towards the exploration of magic and its documentation. Kendal Santor d'Sivis is also a lord seneschal of House Sivis, and as such advises the Doyenne of House Sivis, Lysse Lyrriman d'Sivis, on all things magic.
