The Commonwealth of Cyberia, also known simply as the Commonwealth (by its supporters) and the Oligarchy (by its detractors), is a superstate in Random Kingdom III that arose as a nation only recently, as a consolidation of the various semi-independent nations of the region of the same name. A region of independent powers organized along the lines of the Oligarchy had been in existence since the collapse of the Soviet Union.
