Skellobits are the minions in command by Bonechill. They lay siege to the Overthere and freeze many of the citizens. The Skellobits were banished to the Underwhere but escaped along with their leader and are determined to seek revenge upon the citizens above. They usually attack by charging towards the player. Like Spear Guys, their spear indicates whether which tactics the player should use on them. When it's pointing up, jumping on them will only cause the player to take damage, unless he/she is riding on Carrie.
