The Agrippina Taw I system is currently uninhabited. The system's only star, Agaris, a class B6 III blue giant, is orbited by the planet Marcost'l, now apparently deserted. Traces of an old civilization still remain, but these cannot be removed or studied due to a recent shift in the planet's orbit, which has left it much closer to the star, effectively raising mean surface temperatures to beyond the survivable for most sentient species. The second planetary body in the system, Istir'k, is a extreme desert-type environment, low atmosphere world that supports no native lifeforms or flora. The planet has three natural satellites: Istir'k I, II, and III.
