Rødovre is a Lunar colony that was established by Denmark in 2004. Though they did not sign the Space Colonisation Treaty back in 1990, they decided to sign the treaty after they saw Finland, Sweden, Norway getting colonies on their own. So they signed the treaty in 2003 to be allowed to colonise and all. It is a region of Denmark.
