The episode starts with Carmen still losing her powers and ultimately passing out. The other Power Rangers move to Riverside Park to fight the Incisrator which is sent by Lady Morticia. Meanwhile Tenga Warriors attack Claire in order to lure Carmen into battle. Somehow Carmen wakes up and teleports to Claire to fight the off Tenga Warriors. Carmen is no match for the Tenga Warriors and get beaten easily while Claire watches. Goldonna shows up and teleports Carmen to Lady Morticia. Telexa agrees to teleport Lady Morticia to the Command Center to talk about is demands. Morticia gives the Power Rangers two options: Pliot her new evil zords or Carmen dies. The Power Rangers are think about what to answer, just as Susie is left in tears, worried about Carmen, as the episode ends.
