In 1985, the then independent companies of Sandstone Cars and Greenscape Construction were looking to form a major corporation to handle the companies' financial aspects. In 1989, CircleTriangle was formed and headquartered in Port Justin. Small at first, it grew into a major economic powerhouse in the late 1990s. Greenscape Construction formed a new service, Forest Landscaping in 1996. It was formally introduced into the group in 1997.
