The Zetatrix is an Omnitrix prototype. Like the Omnitrix it can be used to transform into various alien species. However unlike the Omnitrix it has the appearance of a golden gauntlet, and when the user transforms, most of the time the Zetatrix is also on the wrist of the alien. It was accidently launched into space and landed on Earth. More specifically, the continent of Australia, where it was found by a native boy.
