Thy'lek Shran is da bomb, yo! He's the coolest member of the Blue Man Group and he's a big hit with the ladies. Jonathan Archer claimed to be buddies with Shran, but in truth, Shran could not stand the bastard. They do occasionally meet to share a joint, though. Shran was declared a hero in 2161 despite the fact that he got his ship blown up seven years earlier. Generally, he would have endured great shame, but he was just so damn cool that his superior, Al Pacino, simply said "Forget about it!" and placed the blame for the ship's destruction on Chakotay.
