Kali ?, code name Cardiac, generates a fear aura out to about arm's length. It's powerful enough that some people have died from it. She works (or worked) for the CIA as an interrogator. She's a Whateley alumnus, and lived in Hawthorne Cottage while she was a student. Her husband was Ebon Flow. The woman in the center was a tall, willowy blonde, and she was holding a baby. The baby seemed to have his mother’s white-blonde hair, but a somewhat darker skin tone suggested that his father had a darker complexion.
