"The Purple Gang's Hideout" is an interior instanced mission map located in West Side, a neighborhood in Millennium City. It is the location of the mission Purple Reign. __ToC__ Kevin Poe, leader of the New Purple Gang, has commissioned the development of a new weapon for use in his war with PSI. Designed to cripple the psionic-powered villain group by stripping its members of their abilities, it also threatens to lobotomize any of Millennium City's citizens that might happen to be within its blast radius when activated.
