Lloyd Arther Feit (codename "Bulldog") was a British Talent who is best known as the bodyguard of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the President of the United States. He is an unassuming man weighing 98 pounds, but his small size is a ruse for his enormous Talent. He possessed super strength and resistance to damage, which apparently was able to circumvent the laws of physics.
