Bill Case is a professional bomber and the tertiary antagonist in Casper: A Spirited Beginning. He is portrayed by Michael McKean. In the film, he was hired by Tim Carson to blow up the Applegate Mansion. He began to take the job a little too serious and will stop at nothing to blow up the mansion even if he believe that the person hired him and fires him is a master of disguised. He fails when the bomb he planted was eaten by Casper.
