A powerful fire release technique that can be used in concoction with a whip, once the necessary hand seals are done the user will bring out one finger out in the open or bring out a whip. Once the chakra required is gathered the user will release a stream of flowing fire around the finger or whip. The user can either use the whip to inflict damage or bind the target by wrapping it around them. The length of the weapon is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.
