Minimum State Empire of Niobia is small island located in the southern Atlantic. By the end of XIX century, the island received it first settlers mainly from South Africa, Brazil and Poland. The national territory is divided in 4 provinces, each of them have one town as a capital, and one National Department where lies the Niobi Town, the empire's capital.
