Maria Livingston Simons is an editorial assistant to Team Jordan since 1996, serving as a continuity editor and research assistant to Robert Jordan, as well as general personal assistant to both Mr. Jordan and his wife/editor, Harriet Rigney. She contributed heavily to the Wheel of Time Companion following the completion of the novels. Maria is known for her poker-face and extensive knowledge, leading to the RAFO variant, MAFO (Ask Maria and Find Out).
