Esther Nevin is the widow of deceased reggae artist Robillard Nevin. After Nevin's death from food poisoning, his body was cryogenically preserved for when an antidote was found, which one was by Dr. Alfred S. Poe, and plans were made for his body to be revived. However OCB raided the location where Nevin's body was stored and was taken there, where Dave Frobel, the body's caretaker told OCB what they had found, and was planning to revive Nevin.
