Maddox was one of the best pilots on the TPA-Saturn Colony. He was chosen to be the Gold Space Ranger for his reaction time, accuracy, and keen senses. Like all humans on the Saturn Colony, Maddox was genetically modified to manipulate earth and object-density to combat the near-liquid surface of Saturn.
