Atha'an Miere Governors are a number of Atha'an Miere that are tasked with the general upkeep and overseeing of the Amayar at Tremalking. Generally leaving the ports and shipbuilding facilities only for check-up tours on the Amayar, they usually allow the Amayar to govern themselves within their villages. The lack of recorded or even rumored rebellion or protests from the Amayar suggests that this arrangement is acceptable to both peoples.
